You may deploy your application to your company's current technology or a new technology. You can try out a technology, like Corba or DCOM for example, seeing if it works for your enterprise. If the technological climate changes, you may regenerate to the new technology of choice. You are not locked into or hindered by a technology from the beginning.

You can model your business, prototype and change the business model freely, and from the business requirements, generate sophisticated, distributed Java applications.

All components of the application are generated:

• the server components
• rich client presentation (windows, reports, menus, HTMLs, etc.)
• the object middleware
• all RDBMS components (including the object model, queries, triggers and security)
• the application logic driven by the business requirements
• the user and system documentation as well as context-sensitive help

The generated application can be run as a standalone Java application or as applets. The generated code can be modified by making changes to the Business Model and within the standard Java IDE.
