Table of contents to facilitate navigation
OmniBuilder can generate static or dynamic HTML reports. Dynamic HTML reports will have active links to details or to groupings. Groupings are accessed via a table of contents frame that dynamically reflects the parameters used to run the report. For example, a Human Resources application may produce a report on all employees grouped by department and location. The table of contents will display the report breaks as hyperlinks that immediately take the user to the appropriate information.

Annotation |
An employee report can be annotated to correct a recent change in the position of the employee. This annotation can be sent to the Human Resources Officer responsible for making such changes to the Information System. The annotation window is illustrated above.
| Java applets or Java Bean components can be added to any application. Applets are available to implement many functions such as charting, tree controls, diagrams etc. | |||

| Information browsing is simple but powerful. The actions supported by the generated application include Query, List, Detail, and Edit - including Update and Delete. HTML pages may be attached to the menu on the main application home page and to buttons on other HTML pages. | |||
| Hyperlinks make navigating an OmniBuilder generated application simple and efficient. Given an Employee list, clicking on an Employee ID will display details for the selected employee. Information contained in related entities, such as Position and Location is also available. | |||
